HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT POLICY
We at LACLÉ FUTURES LIMITED are highly committed to the protection of the Health, Safety & Environment of our staffs and all interested parties. To achieve these, we shall endeavor to consistently:
- Maintain a clean, pollution free, suitable, safe, and secured work environment for our staffs and interested parties.
- Identify hazards and potential risks in all our activities and that of outsourced providers with regards to HSE and establish measures to reduce if not eliminate their impacts.
- Comply with regulatory, statutory, customers’ and our own requirements regarding HSE for all interested parties.
- Set targets, measures, and monitor them; follow up corrective actions; implement best practices in relation to HSE Standards; conduct proper investigation and formulate effective actions through root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of non-conformities.
- Strive in achieving zero accident through integration of HSE into all functions of the Company. Train, educate and motivate our staffs to follow safe work practices. Develop a safety culture which encourages everyone to take personal responsibility for HSE.
- Conserve natural resources, reduce material wastage and implement recycling and reuse of energy where possible.
- Commit to continual improvement of HSE Management System.
For this policy to be effective, we solicit the cooperation and support of everyone in our organization and interested parties. All is encouraged to report any HSE issue to the Management. Likewise, this policy will be reviewed and updated periodically or when deemed necessary to meet all requirements mentioned above.
